Los Angeles County has launched Just in Reach, a new housing program that will reduce jail recidivism and help end homelessness among people experiencing repeat jail stays.As the County’s first pay for success program, Just in Reach provides an unprecedented opportunity to explore this innovative model for financing social impact.

Price Center Director Gary Painter will facilitate a conversation with Andrea Iloulian from the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation and Corrin Buchanan from the LA County Department of Health Services, each of whom played an instrumental role in the development of this program.
